Introducing Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
Growing 35%+ a year and opening 20 clinics, a senior-care provider needed automation to scale. Trexin's 8-week RPA pilot automated over 90% of tasks, cut errors 70%, and projected $2M+ ROI.
Challenge
An innovative full-risk senior-care provider was growing 35%+ a year and planning 20 new clinics across 5 new cities. Supporting that pace meant automating core claims processes for cost takeout and operational scale.
Approach
We brought the CTO an unsolicited plan to introduce RPA, then ran an 8-week timebox to automate two critical care processes via a minimum-viable-product approach: deep process analysis with step-by-step video capture, rigorous ROI calculation, and (when the Client’s existing toolset couldn’t handle complex manipulations) a recommendation to adopt UiPath. We built resilient bots (email handling, complex database scripts, audit trails, ServiceNow/SQL/custom-app integration) and stood up an RPA center of excellence. Targets: 80% step automation, 55% error reduction, 60% time/cost savings.
Outcome
The pilot beat every goal: over 90% of tasks automated with unattended bots, 70% fewer data errors, and 80%+ less manual time and cost. Including the project itself, projected ROI topped $2M over the following 18 months. As the CTO put it: “Without automating through RPA, my teams would not be able to support the business growth.”
Why Trexin
A fast, proof-driven pilot that scaled with the business instead of slowing it down.
